nothing, it is the worst company, career barbaad hota hai jo join krta hai you will see in the long term that this company will totally ruin your career the bosses abuse you over call no self respect here they only give money during season time, after that they will stop giving money and give false excuses salary increment also very less

we are making them lakhs of rupees every month by giving them sales but they are not even giving thousands in return of the lakhs we give to them even if your time here is good, it will be only for a short time, everybody leaves this company after some time

Management is very supportive of Bhopal Office. But there are more Lazy people in the Delhi H.O.. Unnecessary mails , They are still belive in paper works rather than technology. Boring old culture. Owner can fire you without any reason even after giving business.
