Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Govt and its rules are very good. But rule making mindset is worse ever. Reservation increased to SC/ST . Me and my family will go to Maharashtra or Goa for futere. Bcz one fine day we pure GM people will be treated same as Pandit’s treated is J&K.

Dislikes

Reservation strategy. Vote bank. Downgrading Bhrahmin including Poor brahmins. Work procedure, corruption. Caste based discrimination. Overall private sector in Karnataka is going upto the mark. But Govt sector is lacking behind casteism .
