There is enough workload to get a good experience and there is lot of cases to learn from The hospital has good facilities

Dislikes

The administration is very political and is very difficult to work. There is no hostel or accommodation

I have learned to operate different kinds machine and so innovative, routines that followed write from the quality control that runs for each shift and trouble shooting and the time shifts

Dislikes

It was great opportunity because the exposure to the numbers of samples for different tests are high , and i had a chance to run different kind of machines

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
