If you know how to play around with people, and end up in the right department under the right manager, then, even if you have lesser knowledge of your industry, It will still be like a govt job, you can work there even after retirement age.
The company's ethical foundation is not strong, and their is no internal coordination, most of the people in senior management lack the corporate culture, knowledge of the industry, and still think that they know everything, the pay is below average compared to the market standards, the management's only mindset is cost saving and are always on conservation mode, no work life balance, the decision makers there will never understand the hardships of ground level / junior level workers, and expect everything to happen in an instant, the actors get valued and not the hard workers. HR's have very less power in the organization and can't influence any major decisions (Like rectifying the toxic work culture). you can always expect big changes in the last moment of work completion. external payments is another story altogether...summing up everything.... if one must survive in the company, they must be ready to receive lesser salary, loose self respect, and play around well with the top management....Read More

The only good thing to talk about is your office colleagues only if you are lucky enough to find someone who are new in the system. There are people who are working for past 10-15 years and stuck with their life without any ambition or without desire to grow in life. Few good things about the company is they provide free food only if you are working at their Richmond Office and the work timings are strict 9.30am to 5.30pm, at 5.32pm you wont even see HR at her/his place....Read More
Well i just cant stop thinking of number of dislikes here. Basically i joined this company after working in large corporate company and day 2 of my office my colleague made me realise it wasnt a corporate company and it was family run business office where only 3 person are allowed to take all the major and smallest of decisions. The business models is based on fooling brands by pulling them in malls and later pushing them to loss and extracting the rent. The Directors take control of all things, right from agreeing to sign a deal to setting up a small ice cream counter in mall. Also you are watched by n number of CCTV cameras in all their properties, so even if you are seen in awkward position on your chair the HR will come and ask you to sit properly even if he is 10 cabins away. Frankly, if you want to see yourself grow this is not the place. If you are looking for 9 to 5 job where you can work like dog, its the right place....Read More

That said there's room for improvement, especially in terms of promotions and Salaries. There is nothing to like about the company
Zero job security. I repeat, zero! They just terminate everyone according to their moodswings. The HR department, they just frame you and fire you for no reason at all. This is not a corporate, this is just a family run business by 2 people, who claim to be the directors, who do whatever they want. No proper decision making, no hierarchy. You can survive here easily if you badmouth, gossip about everyone and go complain to the director first. Because that maniac would only listen to who went to him first. He won't cross check the issue at all and he will resolve the issue just by terminating anyone. No proper HR policies. The whole HR department plays the double game. They just terminate you and never release the salary for the last month you are working for. You can ask any of the employees about this. To be very frank, if you have no ambitions or goals in life, this is just the right place for you. The whole company is run by people who are 40+ years of age. There is no place for growth at all. Kicking someone that you don't like from the company is very easy. Go complain to the director about them. He doesn't even cross verify on what is happening. I am stuck here due to my financial problems. People getting fired each and everyday scares me worrying about my job here too. I enjoyed my work profile. Complete learning experience.
Never believe in job security here. Even a smallest employee can bad mouth about you and you will get fired. Lot of politics and spys around and there are no hierarchy only the Directors. Stress level builds when they listen to people and never cross verify with the person related to it even if it's false allegations. Completely hampered career if you choose them.
