Nothing to like about. I have worked for corporates and startups in my professional tenure for 5+ years now. I have never seen worst company to work for than Goodspace.

Dislikes

List is very long. I will give you enough not to join this company. 1. They treat employees as shit, especially the CEO. 2. Leadership is horrible. 3. No one there knows what anyone is doing. 4. Product is deeply flawed, it is basically unsellable. They blame it on you. 5. No trainings given whatsoever. 6. Criticized for now bringing in sales from day 1, I mean who does that. 7. Work-life balance is shit. 8. One thing they totally follow religiously is in-out timings, as they have to pay you. I am not saying it is wrong but when you do 100 things wrong to harass employees then you don't get play rule-abiding company only when its time to pay them. I can really go on and on. I am not writing out of frustration, I left the organization in 10 days that too without a job in hand so you can guess what sort of toxic work environment I am talking about. I was relocated from town for this dumpster of a company. To conclude, I urge anyone reading this, if you like your wellbeing and mental peace, and you have even a sliver of self-respect, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.
