There is no work life balance. There is very bad politics is there in the company. There is a very serious DRI investigation going on against the company. Employee's are regularly summoned by DRI. The top management is trying to wash off their wrong doing's by informing the DRI that the lowerlevel employees are responsible</mark>. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
