I would say we can learn the automobile platform in multi brand sector. In gomechanic we can learn more thing about it. Like we say B2c handling Escalations Payments followup Data base maintenance B2b operation Also we can directly interconnect with our business partners.

There is no work life balance here any time or any thing we need to active in all the time. There is no any leave or rotations to take a brake.

Dislikes

City wise management is too poor, workshops are not able to proper service work. Over priced to customer. Poor understanding of team leader. Non realistic taskes. Most third class HR management.

Unethical on job tasks, variable/ incentives deduction due to sudden KRA changes, no ground support for ground team who stays at garage, no proper technical support if there is some tech error in system.
