Worst management, worst hr , completely filled with politics worst hr policies u have to work like an robot here no work process at all 1 project is assigned to more than 3 designers and if there any fault in design the blame will be on whole team. Managers here are more into satsang and pravachan u will enjoy atleast 1 hr pravachandaily from your manager on pointless topics. They will waste your time and after that they will blame you for not completing work on time. No recommended at all , despite of working hard you will get only few penny in appraisal. Good for trainies , trainies get more appraisal than an hard working experienced employee they don't bother about there employees at all their attitude is like if one go another will come with a less salary they don't care at all. Good mechanical company for learning and making your base strong, work culture is ok only in head office not in factory, office people are treated LikeHumans and factory people are treated LikeSlaves

HR is worst I have seen in all my life, when a useless guy getting high importance in company by polishing owners, the least helpful, bad behavior, the one who sticks playb*y symbol on his office going car. Owners are ok but the corrupt minds around him (like HR, managers) have made then like men of stones. They have lost their humanity. This company have given importance to only top managers and some core team of labours to which the company is feeding well directly and indirectly.
