Dislikes

The only issue is with HR Department. They don't know how to treat employees. They don't understand their own company policy as well employe policy. They don't have basic knowledge of HR work.

Top Management is cooperative but below level worker and not cooperating. As per work culture you will be given hands-on project and then it becomes your responsibility. Every problem you have to face by yourself. No guidance will be provided.

Dislikes

No future scope. No proper working time. Everytime there is holiday in US/UK then your work will be delayed.

It is good that you can get experience but only experience as per skills you will not improve your skill except communication skills.

The HR department needs some revamping. A written policy is required in great detail so that the staff has a clearcut reference policy book. Some days work pressure is there as it may be a holiday in India but the client is working on an International project, so sometimes requires balancing between deadlines, time difference, and a personal day off.
