I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Lala ki dukaan, I have made worst mistake of my life by joining this lala ki dukaan. Beware from Golcha Associated Group... They will ruin your life, they want MNC employee, in their Lala ki Dukaan. I have joined this Shop after leaving French MNC , just because o have to shift Jaipur, but they ruined my 6 months. I can't even show experience from this lala ki dukaan.
