Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

no proper team or training or orientation, job security dependent on team manager, no appraisal despite late work hours and lot of travel, late salary every month, allowances not cleared, bad gender ratio, bad office design, projects never completed on time, bad management at junior level
