Top management doesn't bother about anything. They force people to do as per them and everytime employee gets threatened in the organisation. Cluster, HR have no idea what's happening in a particular place, A single Cluster Manager manages two Region and He puts pressure on the ground level employees they are least bothered and if you joining the company then make a habit of listing slangs all the day. Very poor management. A so called cluster from Bengaluru looks Chhapri but he instructs about grooming and SOP of the company.. 1. General Discontent "I feel that Nature's Basket has lost sight of its values. There's a noticeable disconnect between leadership and employees, and it’s impacting morale." 2.
