There is always mismatch in hiring for team leader at NB. The head might not have clear visions for the company long term vision and goals and there is internal conflict among team members,with some engaging in disruptive behaviour and undermining their colleagues.

Top management doesn't bother about anything. They force people to do as per them and everytime employee gets threatened in the organisation. Cluster, HR have no idea what's happening in a particular place, A single Cluster Manager manages two Region and He puts pressure on the ground level employees they are least bothered and if you joining the company then make a habit of listing slangs all the day. Very poor management. A so called cluster from Bengaluru looks Chhapri but he instructs about grooming and SOP of the company.. 1. General Discontent "I feel that Nature's Basket has lost sight of its values. There's a noticeable disconnect between leadership and employees, and it’s impacting morale." 2.
