Its a Mnc & reputed company all the things are sorted. If you are on payroll here then the facilities are awesome. No work pressure. Every thing is nice.

Company is too good but some peoples mentality is not good. Some people not teaching/ Telling to his junior about work. They seen juniors as a competition.

Yes , Working in Godrej Industries is really that was great experience to start my career ... Main involment on me is my teammates , wonderful knowledge getting from there,teaching them how to solve problem in difficult situation .. Training was quite good , because .....beginning of 3-4 month was just like supervising work ....but after it was nice to gain knowledge ....
