From day one every one was very cooperative and will help u settle down if u are new to the place.traing goes on round the year about topics ranging from technical to pers. Dev etc and food served at the end of it is always awesome.Godrej is a large group so there are various opportunities but one has to complete a year and half to apply for internal job opening and unless one creates trouble he doesn’t has to worry about job security.work envt is great and at Engineer level one would never experience much burden.one can expect good work life balance....Read More

It’s was quite normal and if to be judged by work load quite good
