Stable job, company gives ample opportunity to prove your worth and they don’t kick you out. Job at Godrej Interio is competitive but sedentary and slow paced, so a person who’s age is between 30-32 can continue to grow here as a deputy manager to zonal head with great salary and benefits.

Dislikes

Work culture at Godrej Interio is not good and the working is not modernised for new generation, they use old tech for billing and other presentation purposes, not much access to other software’s other than Microsoft tools. Not good for people with growing mindset, specially as a hardcore engineer who have been shifted to B2B sales sector.

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.
