Job security is assured in this company. If you are joining in any other department rather than SMD department than this company is best. SMD department has become worst place to work in this company.

Even working on sundays and government holidays no family life 365 days working Secondary manufacturing department which are the main operation unit. No proper pay scales even benefits are also not given properly who work on holidays and sundays too much work pressure is there less man power new joine dont continue here more than few months due to work pressure. Even leaves have to be adjusted according to the situations. Promotions and increment are not given on basis of individual performance. management (AM, ASM) treat the employes abusivibily, very bad behavior, environment of the office is disgusting, pathetic job culture, worst experience till when I started my carrier. no skill development,nothing to learn, insecurity in job. panic and stressful carrier opportunities ASM AND AM have the personal attitude problems as compared to sills of an employee.
