Till know the Job security is there but can't in pandemic situation it will be there or not.

Dislikes

In such a pandemic situation when 2nd wave of covid has hit us like tsunami... Company want sales team to daily go out in market and achieve sale for them, very inhuman approach.... Last year during 1st phase of lockdown it was not the case... Post management change things have changed a lot.

Work Details

As a sales guy I love sales.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
