With due respect to the Company, I feel that salaries at lower level cadre of employees i.e., upto Management cadre should be more commensurate with the existing and day-by-day increasing cost of living all over. I further feel that whenever there is a promotion, a promotional increment should be given (at-least 5% extra) when compared to others. For example, when there was a promotion to me as Manager and Senior Manager and thereafter as AGM, there was no increase in salary to that effect (extra) but there was normal increment only as given to other non-promoted employees. It just a mental happiness and satisfaction to self and his/her family members if there is some special increase in salary whenever there is a promotion to feel more happy. This is a sincere request from my side to the Management to kindly look into this aspect and take appropriate measure in such instances....Read More

I joined the company in 2006 as Steno-typist. Today, I am working as AGM. Initially I was doing only secretarial (taking dictations, typing etc.) but thereafter I was exposed to work Excise, ST etc., works, helping Boss in legal documentation works etc.
