Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. You get good exposure here. Good work culture and people. There is no restriction as to what you can do except if you have been given some particular task. Except for the part of documentation and irrelevant jobs. Working at GGFL is a good choice.

Dislikes

Being an apprentice in the mechanical maintenance department you expect to get good mechanical exposure. But I found that missing for my tenure for I was pushed into maintaining and doing documentation mostly. Everyone were co operative in the department but I couldn't say I was technically trained or given much 'exposure techincally' except into the documentation matter.
