Strict, process oriented company. Values time and professionalisms. Come on time and leave on time, can have a balanced life.

Dislikes

Some times discipline and strictness to high for Indian standards. But since patients lives depends on work this company does, may be they have to be so strict.

The work environment is pleasant & disciplined (not strict), because this company serves Life Saving drugs/medicine for critically ill patients.
