Everything is Good in GMR except Annual Appraisal where most of the employees are discouraged(80%) at the cost of encouraging few employees(20%) and this is applicable for most of the departments. When they recruit they check thoroughly ones back ground, does psychometric test and say with in two to three years of ones service, theyfind most of the employees are not suitable as per the organisations expectations to maintain the world class standards. So either the fault lies with the recruitment system or with most of the recruited employees who becomes ineligible with in two to three years of service.So they award 10% of employees BE(Below Expectation) and say good bye. and another 10% employees also leaves from their own from the organisation. So total 20-25% employees leaves the organisation every year. Other way you may say that there is fresh intake of 20% to 25% of employees every year. My work was not appreciated. There was a stake holder above me - my boss - who took every credit of my work and later - he shown me the door.
