As a textile designer you are able to try a lot of things since the founders appreciate it if you create difficult fabrics. Whether they sell or not, no one cares as long as you are able to drive the factory and sampling mad, you are great. So if you wish to experiment, then you are at the right place. Micro Management. The owners are micro managers and they have no respect for anyone working there. They love people who complain about others. They love people who are constantly blaming others for their inefficiencies. If you work as per their whims and fancies, then awesome. They have these "training sessions" where the agenda of the "coaches" is to make the owners look like mahatma and employees look like bad people.
