Horrible place to work with GM Syntex. People in GM gentex are ready to work others work they don't have any work and taking credit. Company director is worst. They both though they are great and they know every thing. Than why they hiring people to work in company.

As a textile designer you are able to try a lot of things since the founders appreciate it if you create difficult fabrics. Whether they sell or not, no one cares as long as you are able to drive the factory and sampling mad, you are great. So if you wish to experiment, then you are at the right place. Use the factory as your own lab and try shit that you could never try anywhere else. Moreover, no one will ask you for sales, the sales team will take the flak for your stupidity...Read More

Micro Management. The owners are micro managers and they have no respect for anyone working there. They love people who complain about others. They love people who are constantly blaming others for their inefficiencies. If you work as per their whims and fancies, then awesome. They have these "training sessions" where the agenda of the "coaches" is to make the owners look like mahatma and employees look like bad people.
