There's no pressure at work. And fixed timings (maybe 9:30 AM to 6:30PM)

Dislikes

There are multiple cons working at GM. 1. Salary is delayed alot. Many times around 3-4 months. 2. There's no leave policy. If you take leaves they deduct from salary. Literally Zero fixed leave from company side. 3. Management is not responsible for any delays. Next level management doesn't even want to discuss with higher management regarding salary delays and all. 4. There's no WFH and many a times even the weekly off needs to be begged for. 5. No yearly appraisal here....Read More
