Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. There's no pressure at work. And fixed timings (maybe 9:30 AM to 6:30PM)

There are multiple cons working at GM. 1. Salary is delayed alot. Many times around 3-4 months. 2. There's no leave policy. If you take leaves they deduct from salary. Literally Zero fixed leave from company side. 3. Management is not responsible for any delays. Next level management doesn't even want to discuss with higher management regarding salary delays and all. 4. There's no WFH and many a times even the weekly off needs to be begged for. 5.
