There is no job security, and there is no fixed position or responsibility even they want you do anything,and in terms of money during training period they pay nothing. One more thing if you choose your field according to your interest if they are not ok with it then they will start targeting you. The company do not even follow their words they change after 1 week . They have good projects going on, and an employee can learn really good skills and can learn multiple skills instead of just relying on one skill. also seniors here are really supportive in nature, and behaves really well with juniors, which is the best thing of this company. managers ,ceo and hr all behaves really good.

Dislikes

the biggest con of this company is that they give unpaid training for 4 to 6 six months. which is really bad, as because every needs basic financial support, you will get frustrated by this unpaid training, also when you will become intern here, they will just give 10,000 and mininum rent their is 15000, so just imagine the struggleyou will go through, i would adivce management to kindly increase you intern stipend to atleast 18,000 so intern can work with more loyalty with you, instead of searching new jobs, you should think about your employees that theya re also human who need good salary or stipend, you make them learn really good skills, but in the end they need their financial support you should take care of that also. also consider changing your office space and give flexible working hours to employees....Read More
