Everything. They don't provide salary on time. They don't give any job security. They hire people and give them pip in 15 days of they don't perform. There I no learning. I truly admire the productivity, learning, and friendly work environment of Glocal Assist. Good place to work, a decent salary package, and most importantly, continuous professional development.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
