Within a 16 months of journey in globsyn I was bench for 4 months. HR policy could be change at any time. Without any notice they terminate you.

I would advice not to prefer this company if you ask me why then i would recomend go and have a conversation with those people who have given their everything for this company and end up loosing everything !!!

There are nothing to like here, every seniors or manager's are taken for granted here, they know very well how to manipulate the management with their l!ck!ng skills

If anyone wants to join here after seeing the google review, my honest answer will be please don't join the organization, this is trap, how much hard worker you are, you will never get more than 1500 Rs. as a appraisal if you are not a l!cker.
