I have been part of Globsyn for a long time (over 14 years). I can confidently say it is an incredible place to work. Everyone here is supportive and work culture is very good, it feels like a one big family. What I appreciated most about GBS was its "Zero-Micromanagement" policy. I enjoyed the freedom to approach my work in my way. The tasks assigned matched my skills and encouraged me to expand my knowledge in my field. There was no unnecessary pressure related to any assignments, making it easier for me to create quality content whilekeeping a healthy work-life balance. I am very pleased with the work I did there and the new skills I gained throughout my time. The company also facilitated a smooth and transparent transition process following my resignation. GBS was very cooperative during the entire transition period. Even after my departure, all relevant departments have consistently remained accessible whenever needed. Additionally, a portion of my F&F settlement was processed ahead of time, as per my request to the company. Last but not least, the five-day-a-week work culture is great at GBS!...Read More
