There is too much lobby.i work in this company 3 year.but there is no promotion.all time lead HR threatened to kick out of the company.with out any reason they kicked good workers.they force to the employee to over time work with out any pay.there is no job security.no salary satisfaction.no promotion.

Whole company was bas.they treated the employee like there personal servent.there is no self respect.

The atmosphere of Globsyn AI workspace is very good, they have arranged lots of session on health in this pandemic, employees can direct contact with a doctor, everyone is very helpful. Operations are very supportive.

Dislikes

According to me, there is no option to dislike with this organisation, I'm very happy to be here.

Work Details

It's good, learn many new things, learn to take responsibility, to manage a team, hoe to control a tough situation that helps me a lot.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
