There is too much lobby.i work in this company 3 year.but there is no promotion.all time lead HR threatened to kick out of the company.with out any reason they kicked good workers.they force to the employee to over time work with out any pay.there is no job security.no salary satisfaction.no promotion.

avarage good. salary structure is low. but they provide salary on proper time that is good. there are lots of project but no job security... if salary structure became hike and job security they provide than Globsyn would be one of the best IT companies....

Don not join this organisation at any cost. I worked here From 2020 to 2022 and let me tell you they sack any employee at any time of point without any explanation. Main policy of the company is hire and fire. No job security, no increment. They runs this company as per their own rulees.

To be honest I just wanted to share my experience here wich was not good at all. they can bench you, fire you, ask you to leave at any time. They will force you to log in for long hours, without any extra payments and if you refuse they will threat you to kick you out.
