Actually there ia nothing to like about this. Only people who are in dire need of job apply here as they do not need any specific degree.

Extremely poor management. No professionalism. Keep giving employees unnecessary load. Leads & senior employees push all the work on juniors & expect results. No help is offered. As for benefits, other than canteen there are none. Have no regards of employees hardwork & efforts. Only care about results & money.

Management doesn't address our issues, salary is ok but career growth is slow. Company Increment salary mean appraisal are terrible. No night allowance, no appreciation of work.

Started 2 years ago. Everything seemed chilled unless you be a part of FQA. FQA is like the top end in this company. Not even the management is above them. You will be entertained here only when there are running projects or else you will have to beg to the project managers to adjust you elsewhere. The company as a whole will treat you like a proper labour and you need to always ask if there is a need for you to work tomorrow. And yes, obviously you will not be paid when they will put on a vacation in absence of projects in the company. Coming back to FQA, buttering is the only way for survival. I wish I could take names here and let it all out but I will not cross my work ethics on people that are least valuable. I wish you guys also did not cross the line of being so horrible to your employees. You guys should start buttering classes and benefit from it. I am pretty sure the revenue would be to the moon. I genuinely loved my work here but hated the type of politics that runs here. The employees on the floor out of FQA are very helpful and will treat you as their own. You will get a lot to learn if you're billable on projects apart from FQA. I will always only appreciate the fact that the company did not lay me off during the lockdown period and else there is nothing that I can say good about it. Oh. And the HR, so generous, so humble, that you will never get anything on time. A Reply is a very high demand for any employee here. I received my contract letter after the contract was expired.
