You work so hard and achieve your targets but then also there is no promotion and only a simple appreciation,nothing else.

It’s not hectic at all , but I give my 100% to the company and work hard to hit my targets every month. But I really don’t get any appreciation in terms of salary hike or promotion for my work since past 2.5 years. They exploit hard working people.
