They lie in Hiring process and they take us as traniee for six months but I worked for 9 months and there HR never told us that we are freelancers or service providers only and that freelancing work in not accepted by othere companies. They betrayed us regarding our time our hardwork and they never value there employees

Toxic HR policies, keep you as a independent consultant ( basically as free Lancer) but you have to come to office and have to give 9 hrs active on system otherwise they will cut your salary. They promise to increase salary after every quater and will not do it, and if they do it they will raise it upto 2 or 3k. Will not make you parmanent employee untill you have 25k salary and if you leave before that most of big tech companies will reject that experience letter. It was really embarrassing to tell my college mates and family members about the working culture, benefits, and learning experience in this company which was really terrible. This company has a policy that will attract you to apply for a job in this company but exceptionally those are followed. This company has quarterly increment policy bit in this 1 year including me, none of my colleagues got increment. Working in this company really be bitterest and even when some kind of manager doesn't have programming knowledge of some certain domain and he starts a useless debate in that.
