They lie in Hiring process and they take us as traniee for six months but I worked for 9 months and there HR never told us that we are freelancers or service providers only and that freelancing work in not accepted by othere companies. They betrayed us regarding our time our hardwork and they never value there employees

Toxic HR policies, keep you as a independent consultant ( basically as free Lancer) but you have to come to office and have to give 9 hrs active on system otherwise they will cut your salary. They promise to increase salary after every quater and will not do it, and if they do it they will raise it upto 2 or 3k. Will not make you parmanent employee untill you have 25k salary and if you leave before that most of big tech companies will reject that experience letter. Nothing much here to like about. The upper management don't see you other than a slave or "dihadi majdur". They don't even care if you exist or not. No perks no benefits, even your experience letter here is also useless because it mentions that you were working as "trainee vendor on software related work". Even if you have more thana year of experience. Just the work culture is easy to live because all the employees becomes good friends.
