Small infrastructure, old fashioned and way to small mind. Leaders are like roadside salesman except few. No job safety, no growth.

It is lala ka dukan not a company. From MD to Manager everyone is cunning and animal. Human being can't servive in forgest with animal. During my tenure I did not find one person who is happy there with anything. It is not a company. It is a place whrere if you are employed it means your karma had some issues which brought you here for atonement.
