Job involves pressure even though the market is doing really worst. They will even ask you to leave job even though u have good experience in the same field. Just to satisfy the clients they will do anything. Manipulation will work on for few intakes or for few years. There were lot of people who manipulated and impressed lot of managers and loosed their job too as they faked the payments they got from students. Managers and TLs have a simple mindset. Do the manipulation until u get caught and if u get caught don’t take our name as we don’t have any idea. But they will not question in the start that how an advisor is doing200 or 300% productivity. In the same month u can expect the other advisors to be in 30% productivity also. U need to explain the reason deeply to have a leave as they are very much interested in knowing things happening in ur life. Hr discussion is a myth. It’s just a discussion which u will have it to let them know what u suffering with but in return u get nothing as the Tl and manager have a good friendly rapport. I rated this place only one because they don’t care even though u have 5 years of work experience while u leave and they are not bothered to even stop u. If u r making money ur name will be called out on floor or else cheap kind of looks will be given. After doing lot of hardships the advisor makes bonus and incentives. Still the top level manager who manages the overall brand will simply come and say that you guys are making easy money. Many companies don’t offer this kind of bonus. ( the company need to understand that the employee after lot of fights and hard work and torture they get, they make money on which there are again slabs on getting bonus).
