Good Training facilities, Highly professional work environment, Higher Management is humble and Nice with employees and former employees. Overall great place to start your career.

Dislikes

Overall offered Salary for the relevant worker is not upto the expectations.

The job is good. I struggled a bit as there was very less formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
