Global IP Partners is a good company if a fresher is joining. The work culture is good and cross domain learning is available with all the colleagues and senior always helpful.

Dislikes

The salary component is way less that the industry standards it could be revised at least. Leaves are very less as well when compared to other organisation also no leave encashment which is again a major drawbacks. Also work from home is not available for people working from different state. People from different state you have to manage leaves accordingly for long vacation since total leaves are 13 only (6 sick leave and 5 casual leave and 2 optional leave)...Read More
