I like my manager Mr Niall D'souza's Cooperative and warm nature. But the company must listen to good ideas and execute them. Over all the company is good . Terrible HR department.Need to have young enthusiast leader in the their company who listens to people .

Dislikes

Need to listen to people. If somebody is trying to work hard on their idea for the company they need to encourage them. Stop hiring useless HR . Try to hire experience but young leaders . Don't hire old whining people,who just focus on what to wear or what to say . Come on dude everybody knows we are not in school.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
