Our local team is really nice and supporting for me, for learning purpose its really nice place because nobody will serve you. we need to find out our way how to solve the things. increment is depend on the ability of the person. i got two time increment in one year

There is no culture of job training so that at the starting to learn SAP software i did so much struggle, any time they can terminate with 3 month salary benefit. Politics is big trouble. even leg pulling is too much. the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-18 hour
