First 1 year is the probation period, and no leaves are permitted. Worst place to work. Teachers are treated as s l a v e s and they will turn your life into a hell. Anyone joining the institution see that its your last choice as they are only there to use you to the extreme for their needs. School Heads should be treated respectfully if the Mgnt desires them to relive them w.e.f., immediately by issuing them, minimum, a month notice in advance. Non teaching staff should be trained to deliver their routines effectively and report to the School Head on daily basis and not by pass the authority of the Head of the School

If you are joining GIIS Whitefield, make sure that you join either Senior School ( 9 to 12) or Primary school. Don't join the middle school segment because one of the worst Coordinator has taken up the role Ms. Doreen. So much favouritism, groupism going on because of her. Ms. Doreen is encouraging all these. For simple reason, she will target you and will make a complain to the Principal. She just became the coordinator because of Ms. Gunjan's support. Despite been second Saturday holiday employees are workings on second Saturday and sometimes Sunday too.
