The training facility provided by the organisation is outstanding. Small organisation, however they are growing fast. Friendly atmosphere and lots of new things to learn. Good incentives. Leave structure is good. Hierarchy is friendly.

Nothing to like about the company. Fifth floor office without lift. Location is good.

Dislikes

Everything is a con in the office. HR is the biggest joke of the office. She is unaware about her job role. She just follows instruction. Two directors have no idea about the job but accusing writers without any reason or in minor mistakes. No skill development, No career growth no salary benefits. I would rate zero if there is an option. Think before joining this poorly managed organisation.

The colleagues and their behaviour is really good. Timely salary is another perk.

Dislikes

The management, specifically the directors of the company are the worst. Lack of communication and upskilling is the major issue. If you can last 1 year here, you can witness your skills deteriorating drastically. The management does not know anything about writing and the can't talk to clients properly, due to that writers and TLs have to deal with issues with tasks. They terminate employees, without any proper grounds and try to implement hidden policies to cut down your salaries. Please give a second thought before joining here....Read More
