It was just start up but domain was totally new to me. Also, got opportunity to work on .net project

Dislikes

BPO operation was dominant than software development. USA management was good but no clear visibility provided to them by Indian management causing some personal conflicts.

Work Details

Leading .net project in totally new domain which is good challenge.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
