I was working from last 1 yr, i was learn new every day, in traveling point of view in one i travel whole the india state in big city like Delhi, amhadabad, Goa, Cochine, hydrabad, Goregon etc. i was very happy with work with global energy techno solutions. thank you

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
