From the experience of a decade in working with different FMCG companies, I had the worst ever experience working with Global. People working in the market is given very less importance in the case of salary. They are not bothered to give a decent salary to the backbone of sales, that is marketing staff's.. I still remember the faceof a PO who received 800rs as a full month salary. where he was productive in all days. This company lack basis humanity and respect to the colleagues. The most painful experience was I lost my family life because of the unwanted pressure from the so called boss and late night works after travelling more than 350 km in a day. I hope everything will be fine if such person removed from the company. I have no idea how many distributors and PO's were quited because of the lack of credibility...Read More
