If one could understand the word pathetic it goes for this company, their only concern is what you brought for them , no humanity in the company management itself always busy in planning to terminate their employees once they set up their initial work base always back biting Interested to hire employees from big organisation once they come onboard they start planning in what period they should terminate the person they provide package till you setup the market I reccomend for any working professional not to join at any given cost.. no concern for their old hardworking employees....Read More

After forceful termination of employees they didn't even clear their dues neither salaries, expenses which one bear from his pocket and gratuity.. horrible company with horrible culture

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
