Likes

It is a place for learning, especially for freshers. The most beautiful about the college is its campus. The campus is very beautiful with lot of greenery. The college is good in sports. The work culture is average and career growth is very poor.

Dislikes

The GAT lacks at research, organising workshops in new technologies conducting technical training for students etc. The college is still following the old era education culture which might not work for this generation. The career growth, salary/appraisal is very worst. (You won't get proper pay scale even after 4years of experience). No proper motivations for faculties here. Principal and Management expects a lot from faculties without any appraisals. SOmetimes, it is very stressful to work here....Read More

Work Details

It is very good for freshers to start their career here, but don't expect good pay. For experienced faculties, Not a great place to work, but a decent one. An average kind of institution.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
