As an employee at the Glitch, I'm happy about the fact that The Glitch as well as the parent company WPP Ltd. has been considerate and helpful towards their employees in terms of providing timely salaries (without any deduction), 24x7 Helpline (for issues relating to COVID-19 & mental health), Newer policies in terms of job securityand Work-life balance. As far as Pitches go, It is a bit intense. There have been times when there were working weekends and graveyard shifts.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
